Stream 1: Academic Excellence, ICT & STEM
- Assist certified teachers in core secondary subjects (English, Math, Science).
- Conduct digital literacy training and tutor students in computer labs.
- Lead extracurricular clubs (Debating, Science, Drama, Career Mentoring).
- Support WASSCE national exam preparation for final-year students.
Stream 2: Sustainable Agriculture & Farm Enterprise
- Work on our on-site organic farm supporting student nutrition and revenue.
- Implement sustainable soil management, composting, and crop rotation.
- Assist in farm-to-table enterprise tracking and agricultural economics.
- Facilitate practical learning sessions with the school's Young Farmers Club.
Stream 3: Health, Dignity & Girls' Empowerment
- Deliver workshops on hygiene, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.
- Support girls' empowerment initiatives and menstrual dignity projects.
- Coach sports, physical education, and outdoor leadership activities.
- Assist with WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) campus campaigns.
Stream 4: Climate Resilience & Renewable Energy
- Support maintenance and expansion of our rooftop solar energy arrays.
- Assist in developing rainwater harvesting systems for campus boarding.
- Facilitate eco-stewardship projects and waste reduction initiatives.
- Map campus infrastructure for long-term sustainability expansion.
