3-year strategic roadmap (2026–2029)

Our roadmap

Phase 1: Stabilisation and growth. Year 1 (2026–2027): infrastructure, health and dignity
Expand total enrolment to 500 students (maintaining more than 50% girls), secure on-campus night nurse care, construct private drying lines for girls, convert Block A washrooms, and launch the new music curriculum.

Phase 2: Vocational expansion. Year 2 (2027–2028): sustainable futures and enterprise
Break ground on the Sustainable Futures Centre, scale organic farm cultivation towards 100% kitchen self-sufficiency, launch commercial ginger and turmeric sales, and deepen primary school educational pathways.

Phase 3: Institutional maturity. Year 3 (2028–2029): self-sufficiency and regional impact
Achieve complete off-grid solar and clean cooking resilience, operationalise host accommodation earned-income models, and reach 50%+ graduate placement into employment or higher education.
